He has never handled my case properly and has missed important court filing dates. He has filed motions that I have never even seen and has refused to provide me a copy of. He has not called me back for over 3 months, depite over 30 calls to his office and cell phone. My cases and money are in limbo, I can’t even represent myself b/c he has not withdrawn from the case. I am in the process of asking for a refund and if that does not take place I will file paperwork with the State Bar of Nevada on how unhappy I am with Mr. Altig’s efforts and requesting a refund through them.
